The course comes with a comprehensive set of resource materials and a teachers guide .It’s easy to follow at home as well. Click on Education and then BNF Life Skills and you will be able to download the lot. They say the course is for 14 to 19 year olds but I think 11 to 14 year olds will be able to cope with the recipes. The younger you start them cooking the better.

By requiring companies to pay sustainable prices (which must never fall lower than the market price), Fairtrade addresses the injustices of conventional trade, which traditionally discriminates against the poorest, weakest producers. It enables them to improve their position and have more control over their lives’.
